東華建設三十七處:學習貫徹能源集團到兗州礦區調研精神 扎實推進重點工作落實

8月20日上(shang)午,東華(hua)建設三(san)十(shi)七處召開工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)(shi)年(nian)推進(jin)會(hui),傳達能源(yuan)集團到兗州礦區調(diao)研有關會(hui)議精神,總結分析(xi)今年(nian)以來重點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)(shi)年(nian)推進(jin)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)情(qing)況,查找問題不足,動員各級各部門(men)進(jin)一步提(ti)高認(ren)識,凝聚(ju)共識,加大力(li)度,強化措施(shi),堅(jian)決(jue)完(wan)成各項重點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任務(wu),確保全年(nian)任務(wu)落地,責任落實(shi)(shi),目標完(wan)成。

整體工作有序推進。今年(nian)以(yi)來,三十七處(chu)上下面對(dui)艱(jian)巨(ju)的(de)經營壓力和(he)(he)繁重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)改革(ge)發(fa)展任務,聚焦“工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)年(nian)”主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti)主(zhu)(zhu)線,堅(jian)持(chi)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)、目標(biao)、落(luo)實(shi)三個導向,抓(zhua)重(zhong)(zhong)點、攻難點、爭主(zhu)(zhu)動,扎(zha)實(shi)推進(jin)重(zhong)(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)明確的(de)11類33項和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)年(nian)5類17項具(ju)體工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),堅(jian)持(chi)“決(jue)(jue)不把(ba)歷史遺(yi)留(liu)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)交給(gei)歷史、決(jue)(jue)不把(ba)當(dang)下的(de)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)交給(gei)未來”責(ze)任擔當(dang)和(he)(he)信心決(jue)(jue)心,持(chi)續(xu)推進(jin)歷史遺(yi)留(liu)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)攻堅(jian),成立專項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)專班,由分工(gong)(gong)領導牽頭,按照(zhao)“一(yi)問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)、一(yi)專班、一(yi)方案(an)、一(yi)考(kao)核”原則要求,明確問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)清單、責(ze)任清單、時限(xian)要求清單,強化全過程督(du)導考(kao)核和(he)(he)正反激(ji)勵,倒逼(bi)解決(jue)(jue)。

運行機制不斷完善。印(yin)發(fa)《關于2021年重點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)責任(ren)(ren)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)的實施意(yi)見》,各分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)領導(dao)和責任(ren)(ren)單位圍繞重點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)標,認真思考、統一安(an)排,層層傳遞壓力、細化責任(ren)(ren)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong),建(jian)立分(fen)(fen)管領導(dao)統籌(chou)安(an)排、牽頭部門指(zhi)導(dao)協調、責任(ren)(ren)單位主(zhu)體推進的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機制(zhi),重點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)正常推進率達97.6%,印(yin)發(fa)重點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)考核(he)通報2期,“工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實年”情(qing)況通報1期,帶(dai)動全處上下形成了干(gan)事創業、狠抓落實的濃(nong)厚氛圍,克難攻(gong)堅、創新(xin)突圍、不斷打(da)開工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的新(xin)局面。

重點事項取得突破。圍繞落(luo)實(shi)能源集團(tuan)調研工(gong)作部署(shu),以(yi)“干什么、怎么干、誰(shui)來干、什么時(shi)間完成”為目(mu)標(biao)(biao),確定“落(luo)實(shi)一(yi)個目(mu)標(biao)(biao)、嚴格四(si)個明確、強(qiang)化(hua)三(san)項(xiang)措施”的(de)工(gong)作思路(lu)和“管理(li)決(jue)策制(zhi)度化(hua)、復(fu)雜(za)問題簡單(dan)化(hua)、重(zhong)點工(gong)作落(luo)地實(shi)效化(hua)”三(san)種意識,通(tong)過(guo)協同(tong)攻關(guan)(guan)、密切配合,已(yi)完成年終決(jue)算賬(zhang)套梳理(li),順利通(tong)過(guo)決(jue)算財務(wu)報表報送(song)及外審年報審計工(gong)作;“兩金(jin)”余額壓降同(tong)比降低;在濟南雅苑(yuan)廣場、青島五標(biao)(biao)、魯電項(xiang)目(mu)安裝完成地磅物料驗收系統;全處24個黨支部,過(guo)硬黨支部比例達(da)到100%。充分發揮督促檢查作用,及時(shi)掌(zhang)控(kong)進(jin)度、協調資源、打通(tong)關(guan)(guan)節、疏通(tong)堵(du)點、破除阻(zu)力,確保全年各項(xiang)任務(wu)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)按期實(shi)現。(三(san)十七處督察辦公室)
