淄礦集團唐口煤業:以“三高”布局 樹立督察權威

唐口煤業(ye)督察(cha)辦公室自成立以(yi)來,在公司(si)(si)黨(dang)委的(de)(de)堅(jian)強領(ling)導(dao)下,始(shi)終堅(jian)持以(yi)“推動(dong)工作落實(shi),助推公司(si)(si)發展(zhan)”為根本(ben)準則(ze),緊緊聚(ju)焦公司(si)(si)年度重點任務和階段性重點工作,以(yi)“絕對忠(zhong)誠、極端負(fu)責”的(de)(de)工作姿態,展(zhan)現“督”的(de)(de)權(quan)威(wei),“察(cha)”的(de)(de)實(shi)效,確保(bao)(bao)公司(si)(si)各項任務按期保(bao)(bao)質(zhi)保(bao)(bao)量圓滿(man)完成。

高站位部署,全局性統領。唐口煤(mei)業公(gong)司(si)黨(dang)委歷(li)來高(gao)(gao)度重(zhong)視督察(cha)(cha)(cha)辦公(gong)室工(gong)作成效,始終將(jiang)督察(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)作作為(wei)“一把(ba)手”工(gong)程來抓(zhua),從(cong)政治責任(ren)的高(gao)(gao)度著(zhu)力統一全員思(si)想(xiang)行動(dong),不斷提(ti)高(gao)(gao)各(ge)級(ji)各(ge)部門對督察(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)作的重(zhong)要性認(ren)識。今年以(yi)來,公(gong)司(si)黨(dang)政主要領導召開督察(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)作協(xie)調(diao)會10余(yu)次,指導安排督察(cha)(cha)(cha)任(ren)務百余(yu)項,切(qie)實(shi)推動(dong)了(le)督察(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)作的高(gao)(gao)效開展,真(zhen)正將(jiang)督察(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)作的統領全局和協(xie)調(diao)組織功(gong)能建立起來,有效展現了(le)“督”的權威。

高標準策劃,全局性協調。督(du)(du)(du)察(cha)辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員始終以上(shang)級系(xi)列指示(shi)精神(shen)為引領(ling)(ling),以督(du)(du)(du)辦(ban)問題(ti)落(luo)實為導向,認(ren)真落(luo)實各級領(ling)(ling)導工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)安(an)排,及(ji)時尋找問題(ti)癥結,迅速開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)督(du)(du)(du)辦(ban)任務。今年(nian)以來(lai),督(du)(du)(du)察(cha)辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)室(shi)(shi)先后分解集(ji)團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)重(zhong)點任務清單三次(ci),落(luo)實能(neng)源集(ji)團、集(ji)團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)督(du)(du)(du)辦(ban)任務8次(ci),立(li)項(xiang)督(du)(du)(du)辦(ban)任務37項(xiang),從(cong)(cong)制(zhi)度(du)方面(mian)建(jian)立(li)起標準化(hua)、流程化(hua)、閉合性的全(quan)(quan)過程、全(quan)(quan)系(xi)統(tong)督(du)(du)(du)察(cha)模式。從(cong)(cong)根本上(shang)解決(jue)了(le)督(du)(du)(du)察(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)不全(quan)(quan)面(mian)、缺項(xiang)漏項(xiang)等短板,有效助推了(le)重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實落(luo)地(di)。

高強度推動,全局性督導。唐(tang)口(kou)煤(mei)業(ye)成立以黨委書記、執行董(dong)事為組(zu)長的督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導小組(zu),設(she)立專職督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)人(ren)員(yuan)2名,兼(jian)職督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)人(ren)員(yuan)23名,形成了(le)督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)辦領導,各(ge)部門、各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)網格化管理(li)(li)的全局性督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)隊伍。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)著重(zhong)督(du)(du)任務、督(du)(du)進度、督(du)(du)成效(xiao),更(geng)加注重(zhong)察(cha)(cha)(cha)認識、察(cha)(cha)(cha)責任、察(cha)(cha)(cha)作(zuo)風(feng),有效(xiao)改(gai)善了(le)公(gong)(gong)司(si)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)懶、慵、散的不(bu)(bu)良狀(zhuang)態,營造了(le)風(feng)清氣正、奮勇(yong)前進的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)態勢。公(gong)(gong)司(si)督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)辦公(gong)(gong)室以“日調度、周督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)、月(yue)考核”的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方式,累計開展督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)行動40余次(ci),下發工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)簡報30余篇,督(du)(du)導三(san)(san)期(qi)建設(she)、上房搬遷(qian)、塌陷(xian)地治理(li)(li)、智慧(hui)礦山建設(she)等(deng)重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)40余次(ci),有效(xiao)推動三(san)(san)村搬遷(qian)任務提前三(san)(san)個月(yue)完成任務,推動文物搬遷(qian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)取(qu)得國(guo)家(jia)局、濟寧市文物局等(deng)單(dan)位(wei)批復,保障了(le)公(gong)(gong)司(si)穩定生產工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。(唐(tang)口(kou)煤(mei)業(ye)督(du)(du)察(cha)(cha)(cha)辦)
